Download and install the Visualfy app #
- Download the Visualfy app from the Play Store or the App Store.
- Create your account (if you don’t have one) or sign in with your account.
Set up Visualfy app notifications #
- In the Visualfy app, turn on the switches for the notifications you want to receive.
- Set up the push notification permission so the alerts are shown.
Set up the Apple Watch #
- In the Watch app, go to “Notifications” and find “Visualfy”. Turn on the switch and tap “OK”.
Summary on the lock screen #
If you don’t want Visualfy notifications to appear in the summary when the Apple Watch is locked, do the following:
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
- Tap Notifications, then turn off Notification Summary on the lock screen.
What to do if notifications don’t appear #
When the devices disconnect, notifications are sent to the iPhone instead of the Apple Watch. To check the connection, swipe up on the watch face to open Control Center. If the devices are disconnected, you may see the red iPhone icon, the red X icon or the Wi-Fi icon. Try connecting your iPhone and Apple Watch.
When the Apple Watch is locked or when you turn on Do Not Disturb, notifications are sent to the iPhone:
- When the Apple Watch is locked, a lock icon appears on the watch face.
- When Do Not Disturb is on, the Do Not Disturb icon appears.
- To turn this off, swipe up on the watch face and tap the Do Not Disturb icon.
