The people who use the Control Panel have a role. The role decides which buildings they see.

Roles #

• Owner: sees all the buildings and assigns managers to buildings. There is only one.
• Company manager: sees the company buildings they are assigned to and assigns managers to buildings. There can be several.
• Building manager: sees their building and creates and sends the alerts.
• Building user: anyone subscribed to the building from the Visualfy app. They don’t have access to the Control Panel.

Adding a user or changing their role #

To add a person to the Control Panel or change their role, send an email to clientes@visualfy.com with what you need.

Visualfy creates the user and sends them the details for the first login.
