Visualfy Home is a system designed for deaf people or people with hearing problems. It picks up different sounds in your home and notifies you about them, such as a baby crying, the fire alarm going off or someone ringing the doorbell.

This way, you can know what is happening in your home in a more efficient and safer way. The app also lets you control lights.

You have two options:

• Join someone else’s Visualfy Home.
• Be the owner of the Visualfy Home. Below we explain the steps to follow.

Scan the QR code or type the DSS code #

To start installing Visualfy Home, you need to scan the QR code on the base of the DSS or type the code manually.

If you scan the QR code, you must accept the camera permission. Once the camera has read the code, the DSS is linked to your account.

Common problems #

Why does the DSS flash magenta? #

This is because the DSS cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network. The following video explains how to fix it.

Why do the detectors light up in several colors? #

This is because the DSS is not linked to the detector.

How do I delete the DSS settings to start again? #

The following link explains how to unlink the DSS from Visualfy Home. Keep in mind that all the information will be lost and you will need to start the installation process from the beginning.

What are the three detectors for? #

The detectors listen to the sounds in your home that you want to recognize. When they detect one of the configured sounds, they send the signal to the DSS, which identifies the sound and then lights up the system (DSS and detectors) and the connected devices in the color you chose. The DSS itself (central unit) also works as a detector.
