On which devices can I receive alerts? #
You can receive alerts in the system itself, on your phone and on smart devices such as smartbands, smartwatches or Philips HUE smart bulbs, among others.
Which smart bulb brands are compatible with Visualfy? #
The service is currently available with Philips HUE bulbs, and with Ikea smart bulbs if you use a Philips Hue bridge. We are working to add more smart lighting brands.
Where can I find the serial number (S/N) of the Philips Hue LED strip? #
You will find the number on the Zigbee controller/adapter.
My Xiaomi phone warns me 1 hour before the alarm goes off #
To fix it, follow these steps:
- Open the Clock.
- Tap the top right corner. Then select “Settings”.
- Turn off “Notification before ringing”. This way the clock will not wake you up before the time you chose.
Does Visualfy Home work on Smart TVs? #
For now, Visualfy Home can only show notifications on Android TV. We are working to integrate with other TV brands, but for that they need to let us show notifications on their TV operating systems. You can give us your email and we will keep you informed about new integrations.
What is Android TV? It is an operating system for TVs that lets them connect to the Internet and, in short, do on the TV what you can do on a phone: access the main content platforms such as Netflix or HBO and watch videos, for example.
