The buildings Control Panel is used to:
- Set up accessible alerts, so that deaf and hard of hearing people know what is happening in the building at all times.
- Check the log of the building alerts.
- Check the status of the installed devices.
- Turn public address announcements into text and send them to the people subscribed to the building.
- See the building details, the same ones people see in the app. To change them, write to clientes@visualfy.com.
Who has access to the Control Panel? #
The owners and managers of the building have access. To see what each role can do, read Control Panel User Management.
When the installation of the Visualfy equipment is finished, the people who will manage the building get a training session on the Control Panel.
Accessible alerts #
These are the most common alerts in buildings with Visualfy:

Fire alarm. It is detected by the artificial intelligence devices installed in the building, which recognize the sound of the alarm.

Closing doors. Set up in the Control Panel. See how to set it up.

Closing services. Set up in the Control Panel. See how to set it up.

Custom notifications. Set up in the Control Panel. See how to set them up.
Some buildings also have the emergency alert, to warn right away about an emergency.
Alert log #
In the alert log you see in a table which alerts were activated and when, and you can download it.
Device status #
In the Dashboard you see at a glance whether the devices installed by Visualfy are online.
Loudspeaker transcription #
The loudspeaker alert turns into text the announcements made over the building’s public address system. You can correct the text before sending it to the subscribed people. Several languages are available.
