It is our solution designed for use in public buildings. This solution helps people with hearing loss to identify alert situations and important warnings by transforming sound information into visual alerts.

In the world there are more and more sounds that warn us of various information, some more relevant than others, but all people have the right to receive these notifications. Deaf people or people with hearing loss do not have the same autonomy as a hearing person when it comes to these sound alerts. This is why we find ourselves in an unfair world in terms of hearing accessibility.

In some cases, deaf people are not aware of the lack of acoustic accessibility of the environment, therefore, they are unaware that with Visualfy they can facilitate daily situations by means of visual warnings.

Alerts

The available alerts are classified by priority: highest priority: emergency, gas or fire alarm, air quality, physical panic button, mobile SOS alert and prolonged inactivity; high priority: public address, door or service locking; medium priority: visiting shift, intercom or doorbell; low priority: accessible phone or SMS; minimum priority: personalized notifications; other services: magnetic loops and Sign Language adaptation.

The acoustic notification settings allow you to choose the notification tones you want to use for each of the Visualfy Places alert types. You will be able to listen to them on your mobile or in your headphones if you have them connected. In addition, you can choose whether you want the notifications to appear in full screen on your personal devices with a certain color according to priority.

In case any space suffers any incidence or inactivity you will be notified and the information will appear in the space’s file in the App.
