Why adapt my hotel for deaf people?

View Video

People with hearing loss encounter significant barriers when it comes to enjoying the facilities under the same conditions as a hearing person. They pay like everyone else, but do not receive the same service.

At Visualfy we create with you an optimal customer experience. So that people with hearing loss are simply one more customer in love.

Did you know that studies confirm that people with disabilities travel more frequently to tourist destinations?

Your hotel, adapted with Visualfy Hospitality

Improve the accessibility of your hotel with the implementation of innovative technological solutions that provide security and improve communication, both in rooms and common areas, with special attention to the needs of deaf people or those with hearing loss.

Visual safety alerts and accessible warnings

Elimination of communication barriers

Visualfy safety alerts

Emergency button

Any emergency alert can be launched from the Visualfy platform, which users will see on the smart luminaire and receive on their mobile devices.

Wake-up service

Wake-up service

We cannot phone a deaf person in the room to wake them up. Possibility for the person staying in your facilities to set the alarm clock service to vibrate their watch, bracelet or smartphone.

Visualfy alerts and warnings

Closing Doors bell

Through the platform it is possible to configure door closing alerts to prevent deaf people from being locked in buildings, a very common situation in many spaces. It is possible to configure the content, language and frequency of these alerts.

Wake-up service

Visual fire alert

We identify the fire alarm of any commercial brand through sound recognition. We send the warning in the form of a visual alert both to the smart luminaire we install in the building and to personal devices, watch, bracelet or smartphone.

Public address messages

Public address messages

We translate voice alerts launched through public address by integrating with your system, or through voice recognition so that the user with hearing loss receives them in text on the screen of their smartphone.

Customised notifications

Customised notifications

From the Visualfy platform it is possible to create different notifications that can be sent to workers and clients, such as promotions, activities, timetables or security alerts. It is possible to configure the periodicity of these notifications.

Service closures

Service closures

We provide accessible notification of service closures via the web platform, where you can configure the content, language and frequency of these alerts.

Where are the alerts received?

Visualfy signage

Visualfy signage

We install our own lighting signage in the different rooms of your building so that the alerts and their interpretation are available to all users, whether they have the app installed or not.

Devices

Devices

Smartphone and wearable users can also configure their smartphones and wearables to have alerts and warnings delivered directly to their device, tailored and personalised through the Visualfy app.

At Visualfy we have different solutions to break down the multiple communication barriers that deaf and hard of hearing people find in public and private buildings.

Magnetic loops

Magnetic loops

We work with all types of magnetic loops, both fixed and mobile.

  • FIXED: the counter, surface wiring and subway wiring.
  • MOBILE: portable counter loop, FM personal loop systems with fixed or stationary transmitter.

Interpretation Services

Interpretation Services

We offer interpreting or video-interpreting services through the CNSE.

Visualfy Connect

Visualfy Connect

This is an additional system. It does not replace magnetic loops or sign language interpreters.

Fiapas - confederación española de familias de personas sordas

The Accessibility Support Service of Fiapas, an entity that brings together more than 45 entities of deaf people and their families, advises on the installation of magnetic loops and other tools for the adaptation of public and private spaces. By means of the magnetic loop system, the user receives the sound in its technical aid with the same quality as the emission source.

CNSE - Confederación Estatal de Personas Sordas

SVisual is the first video-interpretation service in Spanish sign language that exists in our country. It is managed by the CNSE Foundation for the Suppression of Communication Barriers and the State Confederation of Deaf People (CNSE). Visualfy incorporates this service into its accessibility solution to ensure that people with hearing disabilities have the same access to information as other employees and customers.
